Of course more people die in cars....there's more of them. Also according to your handy PDF link...while auto deaths are down 5.7%, motorcycles are up 7%. Injuries are the same.....-4.7% for autos +17% for motorcycles.

Aug 20th 2009 12:10PM Still have my 3rd gen. Love the buttons at the top. So easy to operate without looking at it. Believe it or not, I still use it on my alarm clock. Have always loved it.

Dec 23rd 2008 10:43AM Costco's got them. DVD-R with upscaling/VHS/ATSC tuner. Think the current brand is Panasonic. They have a Sony, but no tuner with that one. About $240 for the Panasonic if I remember correctly.
