BlackBerry Bold 9700 now on sale to all at AT&T: $200 on contract {Engadget}

Nov 23rd 2009 1:00AM Being angry about other people's buying decisions is awesome. Good luck with it.

AT&T 'hits' back at Verizon's Map for That campaign with an 'ad' of its own {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 19th 2009 12:22AM I can say that I actually have used my AT&T BlackBerry to jump on the web and check something out for a friend who was on the voice line. It can be useful, and if Verizon phones can't do it, that is in fact a negative tick in the feature comparison war. I mean, why can't they do that?

AT&T's BlackBerry Bold 9700 starts shipping out to top bananas {Engadget}

Nov 17th 2009 5:02PM Compared with the Bold 9000 it's got twice the application memory (256MB up from 128), a newer OS (5.0 vs 4.6), a better camera (3.2MP up from 2.0), and a slimmer form factor (although I personally prefer the width of the 9000).

Pioneer suing Garmin over three navigation patents {Engadget}

Nov 17th 2009 12:22AM I know you're trying your hardest to beat the whole "I'm'a let you finish" thing to a bloody pulp, but I have to break the news to you that Engadget commenters already did that about two weeks ago.

Also, to be perfectly frank, I've used Google Navigator, and it's decidedly "just okay". I definitely wouldn't trade in my nuvi for it.

Nov 17th 2009 12:02AM My AT&T Bold 9000 has BIS, 3G and 5 bars voice, just like usual.

T-Mobile launching BlackBerry Bold 9700 on November 16 for $199.99 {Engadget}

Nov 14th 2009 10:19AM This phone is incredibly tempting, but I'm waiting for the Dakota. It's said to have the same width as the original Bold, which I love, plus a touchscreen for screen nav in addition to the full QWERTY.

Nov 14th 2009 10:17AM I have absolutely no idea. Why don't YOU tell us all why you feel that way.

Nov 14th 2009 10:15AM You do realize that that design is only a year old, right? And that this is only their third phone that's featured this style of keyboard?

No? You don't realize that?

Oh.

Dante's Inferno concept was greenlit immediately {Joystiq}

Nov 11th 2009 5:48PM I've seen MUDs like LegendMUD that have areas based on Dante's Inferno, so it's not exactly true that NO one has put Hell into a game as a physical place...and honestly I find a text game to be more appropriate to adventures based on books. But that's me.

Verizon broadband data goes prepaid {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 9th 2009 3:00AM Apparently the same way four day old ones are.
