TWC to give Southern Manhattan its due HD channels {Engadget HD}

Dec 22nd 2008 8:28PM Think Southern Manhattan is feeling snubbed, try being a TWC customer in Northeast Ohio!! We haven't had a new HD channel in over a year, maybe more. And to add insult to injury, I'm 160 feet to far to get U-verse.
