Move Networks snaps up "virtual set top box" IPTV provider {Engadget HD}

Apr 29th 2009 9:46PM hey "HmmConvenient",

You are the colorful insult (dumbass) you used on Glenn. Perhaps you should read the Terms and follow the links about the ABC Player. It is Move Networks design and software. Move Networks is even proud of it. Perhaps before calling someone a dumbass under a fake name you should do a little research. I guess it is easy to call people names and try to insult folks while you hide.

Reggie thinks third-parties don't 'get' the Wii: discuss {Engadget}

Nov 19th 2008 5:39PM The choices are out of order. "All of the above" is under "None of the above". By selecting "All of the above" when listed as they are now you are saying none of the answers were correct. That is the reason "None of the above" is always the last choice. Poll is flawed.

NXE requires 128MB space, MS to offer 'storage solutions' {Joystiq}

Oct 12th 2008 3:33PM I own a core, play on Live, and only have a 64mb card.

@Easo - I don't know what crack you are smoking but no games have 30mb save files. Now if you are talking 30mb consisting of multiple saves for a single game that is possible. Then again nothing says you need to keep all those saves after you beat the game.

@Sonrics - Which Arcade consoles come with 512MB cards? The only ones I have seen in stores, or even Microsoft's site come with 256MB cards.

Online Storage - crap idea. So I can't play avatar based games offline (even ones that offer local multiplayer or single-player with Avatars)? Or I lose all my saves while offline?

Memory Card - unless it has enough usable storage to directly replace my current card and hold NXE it also fails. I have a pair of 64MB cards. I should not have to dedicate one of my memcard slots to NXE only. The NXE addon either needs to go into the memcard slot and allow a memcard to be plugged into it, or go into the USB slot and still allow a USB device to be plugged in as well. Any other solution is a failure.
