Dec 13th 2008 1:54PM Unfortunately they kept their 4:3 SD weather graphics and tried to fool us by making a 16:9 virtual weather center with the weather graphics in a virtual screen.
Besides that, the new set looks great! I'm hoping their live field shots will be in HD soon, as no Boston station currently has that.

Aug 20th 2008 3:28PM Don't get me wrong--I love HD. However, it's not worth it for me to buy a blue-ray player for all that money, when I watch most of my movies on-demand now adays. Maybe if they got into the pricerange of $100 (and not a piece of crap $100) I would consider it.
