Make the change and get on with it. Wilmington had few problems. Hawaii had few problems. If it is just a money thing, allocate more money. If it is pushed back, more unneeded coupons will be requested.

This is totally false. How do you think OTA digital TV is transmitted from your antenna to your TV? It is through a coax cable..the same kind that the cable, satellite, and telco guys use.
From the HD I get from TW, I really have no complaints. The picture quality is very good..granted, it really depends on the source. Some of the broadcasters do a very good job (CBS, DIscovery, History) others are marginal (local NBC station). I also would like to see USA and Sci-Fi in HD. Since I am in Texas, I probably will not have to wait too long as we seem to get the new HD channels soon after Albany.
