Richard Hammond says Top Gear to go out on a surprise high {Autoblog}
Sep 7th 2009 1:07AM I have every Top Gear UK episode in Divx format from Season 1 Episode 1 through Season 13 Episode 7 on my computer. I also have all of the Top Gear specials that were done about cars. The total size of all of the videos is about 46.3 GB.
Not every episode is great, but if you are a big Top Gear fan, there is no reason to not watch them all.
Fun Facts: James May was not a presenter of Top Gear until it's second season, in the current format. The Original Stig wore all black and "died".
My favorite rare car to look out for: Nissan Skyline R34

Aug 8th 2009 9:42PM Nah, it's not that bad. Since I was born after the first Star Wars movie came out, I didn't get to see it until 6 or 7 years later, but it was still a great experience seeing it for the first time. Not that I am in any way paralleling Star Wars to Brainiac, just using it as an explanation.

Aug 8th 2009 9:36PM Yeah, I think I saw this on the show in late 2005 or early 2006. Next, I think Autoblog should discuss how the episode of MacGyver where they drove 3 Mini cars is a rip off of the original Italian Job movie. Hurry, do it quick before Richard Dean Anderson dies of old age.
VTech's Bluetooth-packing LS6245 offers "virtual" two-line phone system {Engadget}
Jul 27th 2009 3:21PM I would not recommend the Panasonic KX-TH1212B cordless phone with Bluetooth. I own one and I thought it would be great, DECT 6.0, Bluetooth with 2 cell phones, 2 cordless handsets, and expandable to 8 I think, but I was wrong. I am on my third set in 1 year. The first set was too horrible to keep within the 30 day return, the second set was returned for warranty exchange, the third set is now out of warranty but luckily only has a few issues every now and then.
Read the reviews on Amazon before you buy the Panasonic. The major problems with the phones is not the Bluetooth, but dropped calls on the landline because of a connection issue between the base and the handsets.

VIDEO: Tiff Needell and actor John Barrowman crash Subaru rally car on Fifth Gear {Autoblog}
Jul 24th 2009 11:27AM Hey EU_reader, I take offense to your comment generalizing Americans. I am an American and I think Tiff Needell is a great driver. I watch Fifth Gear and Top Gear because they are the two best car shows in the world. You are just a racist prick that can't quell his racist attitude from a simple argument.
I agree with most everything you said, except for the @sshole comment.

Jul 21st 2009 3:10PM Reduce government spending by cutting non-essential programs, then reduce taxes as a result. People will spend more if more of their hard earned income is given to them and business will thrive by receiving more money from customers and paying less taxes and will be able to afford to hire more people, thereby solving the economic crisis.
Too bad this will never happen with the wildly out-of-control spending going on with the current administration. When someone from the current administration says "The government has to spend more money otherwise the country will go bankrupt", that is not an administration that will help this country.
