LG's LH55 series of 1080p, 240Hz LCDs now shipping {Engadget HD}
May 27th 2009 12:04PM The FutureShop where i work has had these for at least a month now. Overall the TV is pretty nice although it suffers from stuttering on higher motion. Even if it has 240hz the TV seems to slow down to a 60hz like television in high motion scenes. When it doesnt suffer from that slow down the TV has impecible smoothness in movement!

Jan 28th 2008 7:38AM Although the price cut stratergy really does get them more sales ( I Work at Future Shop and sold 10+ in the last two days, and even if i tell the customer that its almost over they all say i know but hey! I sold an A3 for 138$ and a a30 for 185$ CAD...pretty decent for hddvd+upscale+movies) i still think blu comes over red in the long run....sadly ;'(
