Samsung Moment unboxed! {Engadget}

Oct 21st 2009 11:57PM They really don't tell us launch dates in store until the press release is out. In general we don't know much more than you guys, just take what you are hearing with a grain of salt. Most of us literally check the mobile blogs to see what the buzz is before official word comes out on anything.

Mar 12th 2009 12:58AM The schematics are strange to a point. Until you think about how that hospital is probably on a network with other computers that would have schematics. Granted the speediness of the whole thing is hard to believe, but getting the schematics of a hospital network computer probably isn't too far fetched.

I doubt that any hospital's network infrastructure is well prepared for a secret agent plotting to assassinate a patient on such short notice.

BTW The first second I saw this assassin, I thought it was Gordon Ramsey. Now that would have been a good laugh!

Rumored AT&T trade-in program could provide easy alternative to eBay {Engadget}

Mar 2nd 2009 12:44AM If you can deal with all the problems Sprint has had, they actually have some good deals.

I bought an Instinct on Black Friday from NewEgg.com, for $99 w/o contract (I'm still trying to figure out how that worked). As soon as it arrived I activated it and went to the Sprint store by me and they bout back my LG Rumor for a $50 credit on my account.

I assumed all carriers had a buyback program by now, usually Sprint is the one behind.

Nov 4th 2008 7:44AM I'm sorry but this just looks like a total and complete waste of technology. I don't know anyone who wants to carry one of these around with a cell phone, especially when you can more than likely add data to your cell plan for $20 bucks.
This is at least 7 or 8 years too late to sell.

PlayOn Media Server streams Netflix to PS3 / Xbox 360 today {Engadget}

Oct 2nd 2008 2:22AM So does anyone think this will get canned by Microsoft? The announcement at E3 made it seem like they had an 'exclusive' agreement with Netflix to be the only console to provide this functionality.

I personally expect MS to pounce quickly to shut this down. Just a guess though.

AT&T celebrates one year of U-verse in Ohio, promises further expansion {Engadget HD}

Sep 28th 2008 10:34PM For the price this has absolutely destroyed my old TW/RR combo. I can deal with waiting for upgrades etc. because I have gotten more from ATT for $35 bucks less a month.

Total Home DVR is just around the corner, and the Internet is much more reliable than RR was.
