Nov 16th 2009 5:34PM Different NAND chips, much faster then standard NAND chips found on many SSD drives. Look at OCZ drives, they are way more expensive then the cheap Patriot ones that have 100MB/sec read/write rates. The faster the NAND chips are, the more expensive they are.
