Fixed timetable as follows:x - September 9, 2006 ==> $104 million, after interest, paid October 2008September 9, 2006 - April 18, 2008 ==> $103 million PLUS back interest dueApril 18, 2008 - now ==> amount to be determined in hearings In June and July
