I saw it in a pretty decent theater and it was good, but after seeing Iron Man on a digital projector last year, I'lm always going to try and find the digital viewing of the movie since it's a lot cleaner. Plus, for some reason, where was a fishbarrel effect that chopped off some of the top left viewing area. Quite noticeable because of the text there sometimes (I could still figure it out).
With all the dark space scenes in this movie, I'm really interested to see how it is reproduced on Bluray. As far as I know, we don't have any released Bluray movies where blacks have been so very important (ok, may The Dark Knight...)
Are you kidding me? Blacks are important to every movie, let alone to the Dark Knight. Lets see here, Dark City, Casablanca, Master and Commander, virtually every horror film, The Godfather, 2001...
