SKY Brazil (our local DirecTV subsidiary) does have the most HD channels here (10, but locals are yet to come, via an USB tuner – after all, digital terrestrial TV started here just under a year and a half ago, and it's still unavailable in most of the country, major cities already have it), it goes for about $120 USD (with HBO channels and 2 SD rooms included)
