There really needs to be a lot more competition in the broadband space. I was ready to sign up as soon as it was ready in my area.

BUT there is one thing they don't tell you. You can only have 1 HD feed coming to the house at a time. I watch 2 shows at the same time on Monday nights at 9(Heroes and 24) both in HD and the other HDTV in my house may be watching another HD channel. Not really an issue to me since I only ordered the internet (which I've heard most people are satisfied with). It's the TV and Voice service that seems to get a lot of the complaints.
