For a while now, all the really top technology Sammies start at 46.
More disturbing to me is it seems glossy displays have become the norm... one of the most important reasons I went LCD over plasma 3 years ago was matte vs. glossy.
I must be the only one who prefers glossy screens. Not for the fancy look it gives them, but for some reason I think it makes the picture look sharper, it probably doesn't, but it gives that perception. Then again my plasma is in the basement, so not much ambient light.
And I can't even believe something like that would drive you from Plasma. I don't care if an LCD could clean my house and make me dinner, I would still never choose an LCD over Plasma. Who cares if the screen is glossy or matte when you can't see it due to the horrible viewing angle.
