They of course brought the models out for this demo.<br><br>The interesting note is that many dlp rear projections tv's already support this technology. It just wasn't listed as a feature making them trojan horses for this technology. Consumers with those sets will simply have to go out and buy glasses. <br><br>NAB also had a number, one is a number, of LCD based consumer sets that were 3d. This was of course focused on Japan but the tech could come over this way.  <br><br>Also remember that movie houses are looking to 3d as a way to bring in extra revenue and provide an experience you can't get at home. So theaters can sell tickets to live 3-d events. Imagine getting to see a sporting event in 2k digital resolution 3-d projection.
