I've had 2 issues that were both easily remedied by tech support within minutes of my email, not the usual 24-48 hour crap I'm used to with email responses. And the tech even called me about my email just to expedite the process since he wasn't 100% sure about the problem with my email. I like companies that at least try!  ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Doc]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Apr 5th 2008 2:16PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
