Manhattan will not see any significant increase in HD selection until SDV is deployed in the borough. The huge density of large MDUs and commercial customers pretty much negates TWCs ability to drop analog channels in the borough, so the only way they can free up capacity for more HD in the short term is by deploying SDV.
