2 installment replacement? Man that's nuts; it's going to cost them. They're doing three BRD presses just to get one disc out?
From a purely business standpoint, I'd be tempted to say screw them, we'll run a new batch next month, and you can get your's replaced then. OR, you can choose to get a new disc now, or wait, but not both.
